Build a collection record you can trust.

Getting started

1. Create a Collector account.Choose Collector during registration. No payment method is required.
2. Sign in and open the dashboard.The overview shows collection totals, recent cards and available actions.
3. Choose Scan / Add.The rear camera appears directly on the page and starts automatically. Use the Raw and Slab buttons above the live view to change the card type.
4. Allow camera access the first time.On the secure HoloRyn TCG website, the browser should remember the permission unless it is cleared, blocked or used in private browsing.

Core workflow

Scan and add a card

Raw card

1. Place the complete card inside the guide.Use a plain background and avoid fingers covering the collector number.
2. Wait for focus and take one photograph.Do not move the phone during capture.
3. Review the catalogue suggestions and printing.Choose the exact set and card number, then confirm Unlimited / standard or First Edition where that set supports it. Always verify the physical First Edition stamp.
4. Enter purchase and storage details.Add purchase price, acquisition date, location, notes and status when known.
5. Add to Collection.As soon as the catalogue card is selected, the quick-add panel shows the current value and lets you add it. HoloRyn TCG then resets and opens the camera for the next card.

Graded slab

1. Frame the entire slab in one photograph.The card artwork and complete label must both be visible.
2. Reduce glare.Tilt the light source rather than heavily tilting the slab or phone.
3. Check grader, grade, certificate and printing.HoloRyn TCG prioritises the label and retries reflective text using high-contrast passes, but glare, blur and unfamiliar label layouts can still require manual editing.
4. Confirm the card identity.A correct artwork match does not guarantee the correct set or variant.

Add or open cards from dashboard images

Card images displayed on the Collector home screen are interactive.

1. Select a displayed card image.HoloRyn TCG opens the corresponding collection record.
2. Review or update the record.Edit identity, grade, certificate, purchase price, current value, location, status or notes.
3. Use Scan / Add for a new physical card.Dashboard images represent existing records; new cards should still be scanned or entered through the add workflow.

Open Collection and choose Edit beside the record, or select its image from the dashboard. Save after checking the complete form.

Valuation

Understand daily value movement

HoloRyn TCG refreshes every owned Collection card at 00:00, 06:00, 12:00 and 18:00 UK time when the server scheduler is enabled. Where enough history exists, it compares the latest tracked value with the previous daily snapshot.

Daily movement is an informational estimate, not a guaranteed sale price. Thin markets can move sharply when only a small number of comparable sales exist.

Set completion

Track a Master Set

1. Open Master Sets.Choose the set you want to follow.
2. Add the set to tracking.HoloRyn TCG creates a checklist from the catalogue.
3. Review owned and missing cards.Use the missing filter to plan purchases or trades.
4. Check duplicate counts.Duplicates may be useful for trading without affecting completion.
5. Keep card identities accurate.Master Set progress depends on the saved set and collector number.

Account

Password, privacy and account controls

• Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to request a time-limited reset link.
• Do not share reset links, passwords, private image links or payment details.
• Use Settings to review your account and plan.
• Use the account deletion control when you want the account and associated data removed, subject to any records that must legally be retained.
• Use Cookie settings at the bottom of public pages to change optional storage consent.
